Book Review: Belief and Beyond by Mukunda Rao

The book ‘Belief and Beyond’ takes the reader through the realm of the saints and mystics like Adi Sankara, Allama Prabhu, Kabir, Nagarjuna, Gaudapada, Akka Mahadevi, Lalleshwari, Anandamayi Ma, Ramakrishna Paramhansa, Sri Aurobindo, Ramana Maharshi, Nisargadatta Maharaj, Jiddu Krishnamurti, U.G. Krishnamurti, and the Buddha, thereby bringing to life the philosophical messages they left behind for the human race.

The author Mukunda Rao also cites several philosophical texts that include the Upanishads, the Ashtavakra Gita and the Avadhuta Gita in the book to simplify the understanding of a layman about the reality that lies within us but cannot be visualize through the ordinary eyes.
